Side Dishes for April

By using many vegetables on season, our side dishes for April reflects the spring very well.

Stir-Fried Spring Cabbage and Clam:  Cabbage growing in this season is very soft and has a special sweetness.   Clams are also on season.  When cooked together, cabbage becomes tasty as it soaks the nice flavour of the clam.

Tofu Dressing Salad:  Once you learned how to make the tofu dressing, you can try with vegetables of your choice.

 Miso Soup:  Seasonal vegetables are cooked in the soup.  Bamboo shoots,  season-fresh onion and snap peas are used for this month.
