Menu A:  Marinated Fried Chicken with Tartar Sauce (Chicken Nanban)➡This dish was originally made in Miyazaki Prefecture in Kyushu area  and spread out recently all over Japan.  It has become one of the popular chicken dishes especially among the young families.

Menu B:  Salmon and Lettuce Fried Rice ➡Fried rice is also one of the popular home-made meals in Japan.  Lettuce gives refreshing taste to the fried rice.

Menu C:  Sushi with several ingredients Wrapped in Seasoned Deep-Fried Tofu(Gomoku Inari)➡This is a variation of Inari-Sushi.  Usually, inari-sushi is made with plain sushi rice, but this sushi rice is mixed with several ingredients and it is decorated on top.   The name, Inari-sushi, originated from a fact that deep-fried tofu was a favorite of the fox deeply related to a belief in Inari shrines.
