Home-made MISO
Miso is so easy to make・・・ Boil the soy beans and mash it and mix it with salt and fermented rice. That’s it! The mixture will be kept in a cool, dark place for about an year to be matured. The fragrance and the taste of home made miso is very special.
Hopefully, next winter ,we will hold a miso lesson. Till then, keep your health in good condition!
