Recent works (Japanese cookbook)

Cooking is my life work and I have been cooking for more than 30 years professionally and also as a housewife. I enjoy cooking not only Japanese but also all kinds of cuisine around the world. Personally, I have volunteered to host many foreigners at home in Japan and found pleasure in hosting parties while I lived in the U.K. and U.S.A.
As for my professional side, I was engaged in delicatessen planning at a major food company and my original recipes are featured in several cooking books.

I was always interested in cooking since I was a young girl. My passion for food led me to working at a major food company where I met Tomoko. There, I was engaged in food analysis and recipe development.
Now that I am a mother of two young energetic boys, cooking nutritious and healthy meals for my beloved family is my top priority. Besides preparing homemade lunches and snacks every day, I also enjoy baking.
